About ERP Agent

Our one-line description is: The first agentic AI layer for wholesale distribution ERP systems. Each part of it is a design decision (see what an agentic AI layer for ERP is):

• Layer. ERP Agent works on top of the ERP you already run. The reviewed quote or sales order is written straight into your ERP, whether that is Business Central, SAP, NetSuite or any other ERP or CRM. We set up the connection for your company during onboarding.
• Agentic. It does more than pull text out of a document. It works through the request: finds the customer, identifies the right products, checks the size, voltage or rating class a line states, brings in pricing and marks what it is unsure of.
• Wholesale distribution. It is built for the work of wholesalers, merchants and stockholders: customer shorthand, part numbers, dimensions, the customer’s own codes, and requests written in one language against a catalogue in another.

• A person approves. The agent prepares the quote or order, and by default your team reviews it before anything is written to the ERP, CRM or other system. Every line carries a match score from 0 to 100, lines under 80 are marked, and in quote chat each change the agent proposes is approved or rejected line by line.
• Your catalogue, your prices. The agent identifies products in your own catalogue and brings in pricing from the data and rules configured for your company. It learns from the lines your team sends: the next time a customer writes the same thing, it picks the same product.
• Data agreed up front. ERP Agent is GDPR-compliant, and models run with zero data retention. Before setup, we agree which data the agent needs and which systems it can access. More on security and data handling.

• Works on top of your ERP. ERP Agent is not another ERP: it works with the one you already run, so there is no replacement project.
