Pricing
AI quoting software pricing: one setup fee, one monthly subscription
ERP Agent’s AI quoting software pricing has two parts: a setup fee and a monthly subscription. The setup fits the agent to your catalogue, your customers’ codes and your ERP, so you pay for the work your company actually needs. The monthly subscription is set by your line volume alone: every customer gets unlimited users, and quote requests, tenders and sales orders are always included. You get an itemised quote in writing before anything starts.
How does ERP Agent pricing work?
The setup fee covers fitting the agent to your company: connecting your systems, loading your product catalogue and quote history, and configuring the pricing rules and standard lines your drafts follow. The subscription covers using it every month, while the agent keeps learning from the lines your team sends. Its price depends only on how many quote and order lines the agent prepares: users are unlimited, and quote requests, tenders and sales orders are all included.
ERP Agent is the first agentic AI layer for wholesale distribution ERP systems: it works on top of the ERP, CRM or other system you already run, so there is no replacement project to budget for.
What decides the setup scope?
Three things decide how much setup your company needs, and each one is itemised in your quote.
| Scope driver | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Integrations: where requests arrive and drafts land | ERP Agent integrates with Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, Visma, IFS, Sage and any other ERP or CRM, and customer requests arrive through Microsoft 365 / Outlook. We set up the connection for your company during onboarding, and you can start with a catalogue file the same week. |
| Product data: what the agent identifies products from | Your catalogue, from the ERP or as a file; the past quotes the agent learns from; customer part numbers and customer codes; competitor cross-references to your own ranges; sales history, so the agent looks first at what each customer buys. |
| Business requirements: what a draft must contain | Your pricing rules and standard fee lines, such as a packing line priced by your ERP; export formats, such as Excel or an order file your ERP imports; supplier order confirmations or material certificates; API or MCP access for your own systems. |
Customer prices straight from your ERP
With your ERP connected, every draft carries each customer’s own prices and discounts from your ERP’s price logic, so there is no second price list to maintain, and your team can still edit any price before sending.
Where does ERP Agent pay back fastest?
- Requests arrive as email, PDF, Excel or Word. The agent reads the message and its attachments, scanned PDFs included.
- Customers write in shorthand. Abbreviations, dimensions, part numbers and customer codes become the right products in your own catalogue.
- Lists are long. By hand, 200 lines at 4–7 minutes each take a rep 13–23 hours. The agent prepares a typical request in 3–8 minutes and one of several hundred lines in about half an hour.
- Prices depend on the customer. Customer prices and discounts come from your ERP.
- Requests come in several languages. A request in one language is matched against a catalogue in another.
- Your team stays in control. Every line carries a match score from 0 to 100, lines under 80 are marked for review, and the agent learns from what your team sends.

How is quote automation software usually priced?
Comparing quote automation software cost across vendors? Ask what each price scales with and what the software does on every line; here is what ERP Agent does on each quote line.
| Model | What the price scales with | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Per user or seat | People with a login | Whether reviewers, buyers and admins each need a seat |
| Per document, page or order | Requests or pages processed | How a 300-line request counts against a 3-line one |
| Usage credits | Agent actions or messages consumed | What one request uses, and what happens when the credits run out mid-month |
| Setup fee + monthly subscription by line volume | One setup scoped to your company, then a monthly fee set by the lines you process | What the setup covers, item by item, and whether users or document types cost extra |
ERP Agent uses the last model, with unlimited users and quote requests, tenders and sales orders always included. The setup fits the agent to your catalogue, customer codes and ERP, which is what lets it identify the right products from a customer’s shorthand.
How much does order entry automation cost compared with doing it by hand?
The useful comparison is what manual entry costs you today. According to our case study, a sales rep spends on average 4–7 minutes per line when creating quotes and orders by hand. Manual cost per month = lines per month × minutes per line ÷ 60 × loaded hourly cost (salary plus employer costs, divided by hours actually worked). The quote cost calculator works it out with your numbers.
Say your team keys in 2,600 quote and order lines a month at a loaded cost of €45 an hour. At 4–7 minutes per line that is 173 to 303 rep hours, or €7,800 to €13,650 every month.
With ERP Agent, a rep reviews the prepared draft, and lines under 80 are marked so the review goes where it is needed. Time that review on a few of your own requests. Net monthly saving = lines per month × (manual minutes − review minutes) ÷ 60 × loaded hourly cost − monthly subscription. Payback in months = setup fee ÷ net monthly saving. More worked examples: the cost of manual quoting.
The formula leaves out faster replies to customers and reps with time for selling, which is often where orders are won.

Frequently asked questions
How much does AI quoting software cost?
It depends on how the vendor prices: per user, per document or page, in usage credits, or as a setup fee plus a monthly subscription. ERP Agent charges a setup fee and a monthly subscription set by your line volume alone, with unlimited users, itemised in writing before you start.
Is quote automation software priced per month or per quote?
Both exist, alongside per-user and usage-credit pricing. ERP Agent charges a one-off setup fee and a monthly subscription set by the number of quote and order lines you process. Users are unlimited, and both are itemised in your quote.
Why is there no public price list?
Because you pay for the setup your company needs, not an average. Connecting your ERP with its customer pricing, adding a CRM and starting from a catalogue file are different jobs, and your quote prices the one you need.
Does ERP Agent work with our ERP, and is the integration included?
Yes. ERP Agent integrates with Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, Visma, IFS, Sage and any other ERP or CRM. We set up the connection for your company during onboarding, as part of the setup in your itemised quote. See how quotes reach your ERP, CRM or other system.
Can we start before our ERP is connected?
Yes. Start with a catalogue file the same week: reps forward requests to the agent mailbox, review the draft and export it as Excel or an order file your ERP imports. Connect your ERP when you are ready, and drafts then carry customer prices and land straight in your ERP.
