    Reps forward the customer’s email to your company’s agent mailbox or paste it into the web app as it is, attachments included: PDF (scanned too), Excel, CSV, Word or images. Your own systems can send requests through our REST API or MCP server.

  2. It identifies the right products in your Lemonsoft catalogue

    Abbreviations, dimensions, materials, part numbers and customer codes are mapped to your Lemonsoft products. Candidates that contradict a stated size, voltage or rating are pushed down, and a request in English or Swedish finds your Finnish product names. A line with no plausible match goes on your placeholder code instead of a guess.

  3. Customer, address and prices come from Lemonsoft

    The agent recognises the customer from the request and finds it in Lemonsoft. It picks up the delivery address from the request and points out when it differs from the one in Lemonsoft. Every line is priced from your Lemonsoft price lists and the customer’s discounts.

  4. A rep approves, and the quote is created in Lemonsoft

    Every product code is checked against Lemonsoft before anything is written, so a quote never carries a code Lemonsoft does not know. A short countdown lets the rep cancel. Approved lines teach the agent to pick the same product the next time a customer writes the same thing.

Lemonsoft API: build your own integration or let ERP Agent do the work?

Lemonsoft publishes an integration REST API for connecting other systems to Lemonsoft. An API moves data between systems. It does not decide which product the customer’s line “RCD 4P 40A 30mA type A” means, and it does not put this customer’s price on the quote line.

That is the part ERP Agent brings: identifying the products, pricing from Lemonsoft and the rep’s review, after which the quote is written to Lemonsoft through the same API.
