ERP Agent vs the alternatives for wholesale quoting

ERP Agent is built for the step that decides a distributor’s quote: working out which of your products a line like “spiral 250 3m galv” means, with no product code on it. It finds the product, prices it, scores the match from 0 to 100 and stores ranked alternatives your rep can swap in with one key. Nothing is mapped per customer, and it works with any ERP system.

What ERP Agent does on every request

The first agentic AI layer for wholesale distribution ERP systems. Each of these can be checked in a demo on your own requests.

  • Finds the product when there is no product code. “spiral 250 3m galv” becomes a Ø250 spiral duct, 3,000 mm, galvanised, from your catalogue. When a line states EI60, 230 V or DN50, products rated EI30, 24 V or DN40 drop down the list. Customer codes and competitor codes are mapped too.
  • Nothing to set up per customer. There are no customer formats, templates or rules to build. A customer’s first email is drafted like the hundredth.
  • A wrong line is fixed with one key. When more than one product could fit, the line stores up to three runner-ups with their own match score, unit price and line total. Press 1, 2 or 3 to swap; press A to search that line again. Lines under 80 are marked, and N jumps to the next one.
  • Edits by typing. In quote chat, “line 4 should be the 230 V version, and add 10 wall plugs” comes back as before-and-after changes, such as “#4 unit price 7.49 € → 7.95 €”. Your rep keeps or rejects each one.
  • It learns from what your team sends. The next time a customer writes the same thing, the agent picks the product your rep sent. Nobody writes a rule.
  • Any ERP system. ERP Agent integrates with Business Central, SAP, NetSuite, Visma, IFS, Sage and any other ERP or CRM. We set up the connection for your company during onboarding, and you can start with a catalogue file the same week.

Frequently asked questions

What are the alternatives to ERP Agent?

Distributors compare ERP Agent with order and document automation tools such as Conexiom and Workist, quote and order tools such as Mercura, Go Autonomous and Canals, and Microsoft’s Sales Order Agent, which works inside Business Central. They choose ERP Agent because it identifies the right product on every quote line from the customer’s own words, brings in customer pricing and works with any ERP system.

ERP Agent vs Conexiom, Mercura and Workist: what is the difference?

ERP Agent decides which of your products each line means even when the customer wrote no product code, needs no per-customer setup, and stores ranked alternatives on open lines so a wrong pick is fixed with one key. See vs Conexiom, vs Mercura and vs Workist.
